      Pros

      good pay, good hourly increase monthly bonuses , flexible hours, sick days paid when your out sick, mileage reimbursement for using your own work truck. great management and supervisor very knowledgeable. Auto loan s for emergency repairs if needed.

      Cons

      maintenance on personal vehicle can add up , but i was given a personal interest free auto loan repair with a weekly pay back deduction. smaller areas to work , driving alot

      Cons

      Very poor management, Supervisors have not been in the field in decades, no 401k match, no vacation, no yearly review, no support from supervisors, must work weekends, will change schedule on you overnight, won't answer the phone should you need something in the field, they have been sued more times than you can count
