      Pros

      Children and community that these schools provide for need good teachers who care for and love the children. That’s all I have to say.

      Cons

      Horrible heartless owners, horrible educational directors, untrained inexperience staff with little educational background. No benefits , if you want to be a slave and work long hours this is the place for you!

      Working with children is a pro.

      Cons

      The management and staff needs a course of how to act like adults. The environment is extremely catty. If you really want to become a teacher don't apply off of Wiley Canyon rd. Your passion working with children will will go away. The turn over rate is extremely high.
