The upper management leadership kept changing the direction of the company in a way that required unpaid training time for the teachers again and again. Also they required the teachers to purchase headset microphone that couldn't be used outside the studio despite the protest. They also maintained punitive attitude towards the teachers who occasionally running a little late to set up in a way that felt like they didn't value their teachers or the relationship. I know a few people who walked away from Sunstone feeling bitter.
