They give a management title relatively earlier on in your career Not much goal-driven

Cons

No proper career path. No promotion cycles followed Management is not experienced and does not provide much autonomy. Too much effort to try something new. No better your job or title, most of the time you are the assistant to the company owner. Many tasks are no where related to your Job description.
