Worst start-up company to work at

Pros

Can’t think of any pros of this business.

Cons

This company is a start-up company which began operations in 2016. Within two years, this company had so many employees come and go. The turnover rate at this company is ridiculous and just reflects on how bad the management is. There are two partners who own this business, one who works as ceo and one who works as president. The president is a control freak who nitpicks on every little mistake you make. The ceo may seem nice at first but he just ends up the same as the president. This company provides employees with absolutely no benefits and the partners consider providing employees with only drinking water as a benefit. And the partners quantify employees’ work; they count how many tasks you do each day then multiply it by the time they think the task requires to see how long you work each day. And when they see you work “less than 8 hours”, they start questioning what you do at work. Not exactly a morale booster.
