Hostile Work Environment

Pros

The software has a lot of potential once they get around to patching all the security holes and vulnerabilities. Met some nice people but all left due to culture.

Cons

This is a "Use and Lose" company. They recruit people and burn them out from unrealistic expectations and then fire them without notice or consequence. The culture is one of intimidation and bullying. High stress and low compensation. High turnover as a result. Management lack skills to successfully guide the employees and duties. High customer turnover as well. CEO and management has no respect for the employees and the employees are told that they can be replaced to promote intimidation. Be careful.

Career Disaster

Pros

Ample parking. (That's it. Glassdoor has a 5 word minimum so I'm just typing filler at this point)

Cons

Where to begin? Their sales department is a churn and burn operation. Lots of turnover. 0.0% loyalty to employees. Sunview has a history of over-hiring for new positions and firing people those people on a whim - Saw that happen to a number of folks who moved from out of state for to work at Sunview. High degree nepotism within the organization. HR is a hot mess. Both professionally and personally. I suppose this review needs to stay PG-rated, so I'll spare the internet those juicy details. If you value long term employment, avoid this organization. Do not relocate to take a job at Sunview.

A hostile environment and a revolving door.

Pros

Great co-workers and innovative software. The HR department is great and easy to work with (from my experience).

Cons

On-boarding process is mediocre at best, management doesnt know which way is up and continously change the commission structure and territory claiming that "you should be able to make more money" (sadly thats not the case). If you do make more money they'll find a way to screw you over with either unpaid commissions and setting you up for failure. Sunview sells you a dream but you'll end up work for a nightmare. The BD's are especially set up for failure since as soon as you hit the top of the pay scale they'll let you go. Sales reps are quitting on a constant basis. This place is a joke and a revolving door. STAY AWAY from working at this place. There are better paying companies out there with better benefits and not as hostile.
