      Pros

      The benefits provided each month which included health & wellness, education, phone and internet allowance, Super Coffee subscription, local transportation, entertainment and computer. There were a lot more cons than pros to be honest

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations regarding quarterly and annual goals due to lack of resources and funding. In addition to the unrealistic expectations the work life balance was also horrible and nonexistent. "Senior Leadership" is a complete and utter disgrace. They are so cheap on spending when it comes to travel and expenses. Everything has to be set at the lowest price possible meanwhile we left the market for days on end. They strive to be a household name but lack the class and professionalism to do so and build a sustainable brand and company.

      Benefits are pretty good. Unlimited PTO $120/month wellness $75/month phone/internet $15/month entertainment $20/month local transportation $69/month super coffee subscription $180/year education

      Cons

      Low pay BRO culture It’s a volatile industry with high pressure. Tight deadlines. Constant pushing to do better and sell more. Most of the company is remote. VERY sales oriented.

      This company over promises, under delivers to their internal team.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, not progressive at all. No ability to have work/life balance. Horrible, seflish leadership.
