Pros
Good Equipment and workspace. Up to snuff with materials and technology. Great prepress, printing, finishing and shipping staff/operations.
Cons
Really bad ownership-board/upper management. Skeleton crews, long hours, terrible HR communication/care and a convoluted cumbersome production management system if you can even call it that. Getting simple jobs out the door is akin to launching a daily rocket to the moon. They will grind you to a pulp and then steal from you. There are some great people there, but those at the top are simply looking for way to maximize profit and retire with some sort of gold/silver parachute. If you are skilled and experienced and have other similar options, take them instead of this soul crusher.
