Work from home. Remote culture. 401k match. M-F 9am -5pm (CST) No weekends. Flex time off. Benefits. Global team and employee headcount is increasing. Gym reimbursement. Stock offered.

Cons

Not a lot of resources available so this leads to overtask of who they have. No bonuses or opportunities for commission in my role. Lack of KPIs. Misalignment in leadership. No work from home stipend or internet reimbursement. Culture is mainly is employee led.
