Pros

I had great coworkers and I enjoyed my job but as a baker it’s soul sucking.

Cons

John Miner buys warehouses or expired, damaged or just plain disgusting products that he wants passed off as homemade. I was forced to put bread and baked goods on the shelf that had expired 6 months to a year earlier and you never knew what you were getting in. John’s crap is a joke throughout the entire store and I quickly learned if it is on sale you do NOT want to eat it... there was also black mold in our bakery and our bread proofer that management refused to deal with, I left when I started having breathing problems.
