Bad place for office (always have to worry if you get a parking spot), benefits aren't the greatest, Management doesn't care about you, Owners don't give you any benefits to retain staff (they use the money they get to go on vacation instead of giving staff a raise or trips, etc), HO can be rude alot of the times, overworked & less pay.

- Long hours (often working until the job is finished) - Very physically demanding work - Unsafe working conditions (old trucks and equipment; upper management claims to prioritize safety despite frequently contradicting themselves) - Family owned and toxic work environment - Greedy owners who only care about profit, not you - Upper management constantly micromanages despite having little understanding of day-to-day operations which ultimately makes work more challenging and ironically far less efficient - Work-life balance is non-existent - No room for advancement
