Pros

Generally flexible hours, opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

No one at corporate can actually coordinate good practices with management or employees. The head never knows what the tail is up to. Customers are pretty universally terrible, but that's retail.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good once you've been there awhile. I've worked with a lot of great people and the customers are usually nice

Cons

Demanding of salaried managers. The work/life balance is rough sometimes. What's a holiday?
