      Pros

      Free parking and inside of the building hasn't been updated since the Bee Gees Stayin' Alive was released.

      Cons

      Management is completely out of control! However, it does not help when the CEO and everyone else keeps restructuring the org chart frantically without letting anyone know. Very poor communication and planning. Extremely poor planning and making strategic decisions. No longer employee focused and do not care who you are, they will cut you regardless! Welding dust everywhere you touch.
