Bigoted regional manager

Pros

the store manager was awesome

Cons

Regional manager was a Christian that didn't like that I was gay. Wrote me up for multiple things that weren't policy and monitored me on the cameras. Entire reason I quit. I was also refused promotion opportunities because my manager (quote) "didn't want me to move to another store"

Pros

Retail is tough anywhere, but at least with SuperAmerica there is great career advancement for hard-working people who have a good attitude of leadership. MANY long-term employees.

Cons

Similar to most retail/fast food: Staff levels are difficult to maintain among lower-paid entry level employees.
