Pros

Here, Employee freedom is a first preference. And then if you want to work with full project then this is a right place to learn some thing new. they provide rights to work with full projects. In large scale industries not providing to work with full project they assign certain task is only. I am sure they will provide full salary as of saying in interview.

Cons

They need to improve their time management.
