      Pros

      The pay is good ,the product and clients are interesting. The training for new hires is superb. Small teams so easy to be heard if you want it.

      Cons

      Lots of lies internally and to clients. Ice acquisition bad for sales people. Senior management worst in business. Turnover is extremely high.

      Good times, bad times ... not unlike any job you'll ever have ... but SuperD is not a place for the thin-skinned!

      Pros

      There are some great, bright, dedicated people at SuperD, particularly the product managers. SD-FX and IR are valuable tools. When I was there, SD-EQ, CD and CM were not viable products, but this may have improved over the last few years.

      Cons

      Senior management tend to run the place as if it was an extension of the IDF, although I suspect that if you were to actually serve in the IDF you would encounter much greater levels of respect and honourable behaviour than what occurs daily at SuperD. Middle management bow to Senior Management's harsh practices and tend to bully, chastise and berate, rather than inspire and lead from the front. There is a bit of a revolving door atmosphere at SuperD. If you can take the flak, the rewards can be substantial, but be ready to be cut loose at any given moment because your face no longer fits.
