My contributions are materializing in the form of this software, and it’s clear the CEO values individuals with vision and a strong work ethic. I feel genuinely appreciated here. I’ve shared my aspirations and long-term goals with both the CEO and CTO, and I believe this is a place where I can explore uncharted territory in the tech world while also building my own team or branch within this company.
Cons
Unfortunately, as some previous reviews have mentioned, there are a few individuals who bring a toxic mindset to the company. These employees tend to be closed-minded or disrespectful toward leadership, and they can influence others into blaming management unfairly. It’s disappointing to witness. I’ve developed a solid relationship with the CEO and CTO, but at times, this has led to friction with team members who seem to be driven by jealousy or feel out of the loop on every detail of the company.
