Pros

NONE, ABSOLUTELY NONE AT ALL

Cons

You have to agree to everything Roby says, or asks you to do. You have to sell your soul and meet unreasonable targets for dogshit games. You have to smile and never complain. Here's how your time at Supergaming will go: 1st Month: Wow this the best company 2-6 Months: Hmm, their games are kinda dogshit - but they've got (insert future game promise) that's coming. And they're saying they'll put me on that game. 0.5 - 1.5 years: The goals are unreasonable, but I'm going over and above and the management is giving me more and more responsibility. This is a great show of faith. Surely, I'm the first person on the list to move to (inspired future game promise) 1.5 years onward: What?! They're blaming me for the current game I'm working on failing. They're making me feel guilty for the company's horrible decisions. And now that I have become wiser and started saying no to the over ambitious targets, I'm being excluded and mistreated. Also the future game they promised should've been out by now, and I should've been on it - none of that has happened...

Pros

Zero. It’s all talk and no substance.

Cons

What you see is not what is happening. The founder is living in a parallel universe where he thinks their games are the best in the world. They are not. Far from it. Decisions seem to be taken by one person and it seems to be based on what is read on social media and what some investors are saying rather than any insights gathered from active users. Almost everything is a rip of. Worst is the way people are treated. I’ve heard of some people being publicly humiliated and not paid their dues.

Pros

- Good benefits (food/insurances/etc) *bare minimum at a global standard - One of the better studios to work at in India - Office space is good - Office support staff are extremely helpful, caring and very fun to be around - Payments are timely and without errors

Cons

- no functioning Art Director in pipeline causes very annoying production issues (art feedback comes from corpos that is objectively bad and does not make sense, and is expected to be executed) - the company does not respect processes nor hierarchy - little respect for personal space or time - tech stack is extremely limiting to artists, biggest problem is the denial that tech is an issue, every other games work is written off as impossible or fake
