Pros
Unique product, with great opportunities to improve yourself. Company is very flexible. It allows developers to try a new stuff, new technologies on a such big project -- such thing you will never find in another company. Company is getting better and better day by day. Amount of customers are getting greater. People generally are kind and very supportive.
Cons
Like everything in our world it's not ideal, like me, like you, who are reading my review, but it tries to be so.

Pros
Working at superup as developer is both, highly expertise and excellent human attitude. My personal manager is always highly available for new ideas ,new technologies and innovations, and has a irregular personality. CEO and Managers has admirable quality of expertise and focusing on company targets.
Cons
No Catering. Lack of High-Tech's treats.
