We are very proud to work with some of the brightest in the industry- and creative, as STI strives to accomplish very exciting strides in our field. Indeed, we are small- and the shift in technology, and our company focus, will ultimately affect the market and our company stock prices. Developing a product is not nearly as exciting to the market as selling a product, but you can imagine how that pending transition will affect our future!
Because we are such a small, close-knit group- we strive for open communication and an "open-door" policy. Our executive offices (VP of Engineering, VP of Marketing, VP of Operations, CFO, CEO) are in the same area of the building as everyone else in the company, and always welcome employees to drop in to say hello or ask questions.
But you are not alone in your opinion; other employees have expressed their desire for more formal meetings, to discuss the "status" of the company/industry. This is something that we have begun to implement, with positive feedback. We are open to hearing any other suggestions that you, or other employees, may have to improve our communication with employees at ALL levels.
Again, we are grateful for your feedback and for the time that you spent working with us. STI has been fortunate to share our experience (both the ups and downs!) with such smart, kind, and loyal employees. We wish you all the best!
