Pros

Free fruits and Irwindale Rec Center membership. Relaxed environment. Monthly team lunches. Occasional overtime during the ramp up to the holidays, but most of the time great work/life balance. Very Westernized Taiwanese company. You can feel the owner cares about his employees. Good place for people with families who want a steady paycheck doing the same job until the annual layoffs. Healthcare HMO insurance is covered by the company.

Cons

No career opportunities. Jobs postings are usually filled by friends and family of the owner or upper management (even if they are not qualified). Salaries are much lower than comparable jobs at "American" companies.
