Predictable. Some sweet coworkers. Small Christmas bonus two years in a row. Easy work if previous shift does their job.

Cons

Low pay. Low pay. Low pay. Lack of supervision. Lack of appreciation. Lack of feedback. Lack of organization. No positive motivation. Feedback consistently negative. Consistent lack of correct supplies to work with. Consistently broken or low quality equipment. Favoritism. Familial nepotism. Managerial disregard of company policies. Disregard of federal employment laws and OSHA requirements.
