Onboarding is simple Work is nothing bizarre Your boss is not an AI in a phone (big plus)

Cons

Management might as well be AI. It's not well run. Local management might as well just be a floater guard with how much power they have. All the decisions made in town are questioned by executives out in California. Pay structure was slightly suspect.

-No growth opportunity -Upper management is exclusively family -Lead supervisor doesn’t contribute much to overall work load -Lots if office politics -Benefits package is terrible -You are extremely replaceable -Heavy work loads -Abysmal work conditions for guards -HR department is composed of two secretaries

Security is easy and anyone with a diverse license and a guard card can do it.

Cons

The pay isn't enough to survive, and the company will drop you from a site if the client doesn't like you with no warning. No decent benefits, no job security. Locations are not everywhere and if you are dropped from one close to home, the next might be too far to commute to.
