      Family Owned, Very Religious

      Pros

      Good place to learn, lots of opportunity. Sink or swim environment that caters toward self starters. Great if you fit into the mindset.

      Cons

      Very tight knit, family owned business. Very religious and openly hostile toward atheist/LGBT. Better to be a “don’t ask don’t tell” employee if you don’t fit in.
