Great Benefits - Great Leadership - Safety Culture As long as you are busy you can get hours - although OT not paid you can still earn $ for working. Mechanics willing to assist when DVIR completed and are aware of repairs needed.
Cons
Hours can be draining but worth it (Just tell dispatch what you can and can not work) - Samsara Cameras installed - Positive thing if you are doing the right thing.

It seemed great at first.
Cons
I felt targeted. Got write ups for stuff everyone else was also doing but they didn't get write ups. Wanted to quit but needed the money.
