Pros

Some of the staff was good to work with.

Cons

CEO and Leadership is messed up. They talk a good game to hire you and let you think you can run your team like you need to, then fight you every chance they get. CEO never shuts his mouth. Thinks he is the only one in the industry that knows anything, but just got lucky. I spent the first few weeks feeling like a psychotherapist just listening to employees say how horrible management was and how terrible the CEO was. I should have listened. They pay large sums of money to leaders that don't lead more then 2 people, and I rarely ever saw either other them. Seems like I was a diversity hire. Run as fast as you can! This place is a a people mill, get em in, use them until they cant take it anymore then move onto the next.

Pros

Very friendly coworkers and a relaxing office environment

Cons

It feels like the "little guys" get swept aside, whilst the higher-ups get all of the spotlight. The people who sacrifice so much, go above and beyond, and spend countless hours to help the company out are ignored and unappreciated. Management is so disconnected from what's actually going on, and important changes that benefit employees are never made. Requests and feedback are routinely ignored from management which puts more pressure on staff. There are so many major issues within this company which have existed for years, but somehow they are never addressed.

Pros

Friendly and professional people working hard every day to take care of customers in a toxic working environment.

Cons

Senior leadership is narcissistic, unprofessional, and routinely demeans associates publicly. Constantly changing goals, metrics, and priorities resulting in a "whack a mole" effort to hit the latest emergency issue of the day. No real HR efforts in place to change this culture as senior leadership is surrounded by "YES" people who will not push back on the madness. Pay and benefits are well below par for the IT services industry. If you have any other job opportunity outside this cesspool, take them.
