Seniors are approachable, supportive, and really know their stuff, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to learn fast. You’re encouraged to take ownership and show initiative, and the environment is highly collaborative—teamwork here actually feels real, not forced.

Cons
Requires a lot of Self motivation and hustle at a high growth, early stage startup, expect less handholding. Fast paced environment that sometimes feel intense as every Early stage startup looks like.
