Cons
Supernal touts itself as innovative and forward-thinking, but behind the facade lies a cesspool of toxicity and mismanagement. The EC lacks transparency and accountability, making decisions that benefit their own interests rather than fostering a supportive environment for employees. Career advancement opportunities are virtually nonexistent, as promotions are often based on favoritism (especially in the legal group) rather than merit. This fosters resentment and undermines morale among employees who are overlooked for advancement despite their hard work and dedication. Communication is practically non-existent at Supernal. Important information is withheld (attendance tracking) leaving employees in the dark about company goals, changes, and developments. Instead of transparency, there's secrecy and manipulation, which only adds to the overall sense of disillusionment. The CEO is emotional, erratic and unsuited to be in the position. He has no business saavy and does not rely on the “experts” to advise him. His irrational decisions always have a negative down stream effect on the lower level employees. And finally Supernal is like a big high school. Employees in romantic relationships between departments, managers hiring and protecting their friends, and legal who is virtually untouchable.
