Success at this company correlates with digging in and working as a team. Egos are left at the door and we all are strong professionals with much to offer that want to be a part of something we believe in and we are all are building it together. I'm thrilled we just ranked #557 on Inc. 5000's 2018 List of Fastest Growing Companies! And we're ranked #16 in New Jersey! It's awesome and all due to the hard work of everyone. Negative commentary on Glass Door is there for anyone to see - it's an open and free forum. Savvy people know what is truly being communicated and what we do and how we do it speaks for itself. Extensive use of social media for marketing.

Cons

There are many things not working for this company but the top would be leadership. Leadership lacks vision and authenticity. Perception is reality and that's where publishing articles and speaking at events provides a platform to get their name out there. The products are not robust and claim to have so many but reality is that most products have not moved past the development phase. The only way to be successful is to be a 'yes' man and have some ties to the CEO.
