      Pros

      good working climat supportive team environment goal oriented and very competent Leadership great working location in downtown Chicago accessible by Public transport fair salary and good benefits create smart solutions for the logistic and freight forwarding industry

      Not for you if you are wanting a 9-5 job. Open floor - got noisey at times, distracting especially during calls with clients

      Pros

      The company is very knowledgeable in the logistics industry and works with their customers to develop and provide solutions that help the customer's business and the product as a whole for existing and future users. Have been here during some change in mgmt. and board members and since Jan. 2014 with the new executive team things are really moving. Employee shares have been issued so we are all a part of the continued success.

      Cons

      Had some growing pains in 2013 with finding the right team members and roles, sad to see some good people not work out, but in the long run this wasn't the right fit for them or the company. Have a good group of co-workers in place now.

      Pros

      Small company environment - if you like an informal atmosphere then you'd probably like the environment, where your contribution is highly visible. You may also meet some talented and dedicated people here.

      Cons

      Incompetent young CEO oversold shares to angels and private investors. Relatively young company with a software product written using legacy technologies.

      I'm sorry this employee felt this way, there was a period of sales and development ramp up where some of the team members weren't the right fit for the environment and industry. The company is in a growth stage, really a "scale up" not start up. Investors fund most companies and that is the same in our case. A new CEO has taken over and the company continues to grow and the product is continuing to be developed. We welcome any questions or discussions.
