      A place full of vengeance.

      Pros

      hard to come up with any, when things are going in the right direction all is great.

      Cons

      Toxic, finger pointing, people want to say whats wrong but no one wants to fix it. all leaders and no workers. Zero Training a very sink or swim place. Very political office wise and down right shady at times. no clear picture or vision, Staff is expendable and they know it.

      Top heavy organization. Leaders aren't held accountable for performance like everyone else is. Strategy is always changing Favoritism is shown towards preferred people No real growth in the business
