      The team is supportive, management is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop professionally. The company promotes a good work-life balance and a collaborative environment. Overall, it's been a rewarding place to work.

      Hi Eric, I just want to say that Support Adventures changed my life. We bought a house and a car in one year!! We can stay anywhere we want. We bought a house in Mossel Bay, most beautiful area in South Africa. We appreciate you and everything you have done for us at Support Adventures.

      Pros

      They seem to heavily rely on YouTube and other free tools, which is a red flag. They provided a very poorly put together test with vague instructions for their onboarding process.

      Cons

      Just picking random support questions out of the air and asking you to document them for their onboarding process? The company is VERY sketchy. This isn’t a legit company but more like support scam. I could spend a weekend and put this together lol. AVOID.
