We are very sorry that things did not work out for you in the 8 weeks that you were with the company. We gave you every chance to progress, gave you training in the role and supported you during your probation period. However, unfortunately, sometimes people do not have the right skills and / or attitude to succeed in a particular role, and this was the case in this instance. Regrettably, you did not fit in with the rest of the team in what we are proud to say is a very friendly and professional organisation. We wish you well in whatever you choose to do next.

Pros

Salary is average Get to work on new technologies

Cons

1- To take leave (even half day), you need to give 15 days notice 2- Work from home flexibility- need justification which ultimately is not acceptable to them 3- Poor HR system, HR is namesake, raising concern with HR team is of no use. Discussion with HR is exposed to line manager. So basically you do not have any one with whom you can raise grievance.

We trust and support our staff, and were sad to hear that you did not raise your issues with us before you left. If you had spoken to your manager you would have found that we are very flexible and you can take time off whenever you wish, provided that your workload allows it. Everyone is issued with a company laptop and has the opportunity to work from home - we’ve all been working from home for the best part of a year! We’re so glad that you could work on new technologies; we thrive when our employees expand their skills and knowledge. We are sorry we were not for you and wish you good luck for the future.

No pro's working for this business.

Cons

All members of the C - Suite are related and are solely out for themselves. Spineless middle management that are solely focused on keeping their job. failure to pay commission due. the most toxic environment I have ever seen. DO NOT JOIN.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We always pay salaries and commission due (we actually pay it early every month). What we can’t do is pay employees who don’t turn up for work or go AWOL. Anyway, we wish you the best in your next role
