Not much, if any really

I strongly advise you to avoid working at that company. There is a speakeasy on the premises, and it's unacceptable for employees to drink on the job. The CEO hires only his friends, and the CTO is a blatant racist, yet nothing is done about it. This company is a boys club, and anyone who identifies as LGBTQ, a person of color, or a woman is treated as second-class unless they can be exploited. The company is notorious for gaslighting. Employees are given vague instructions and then blamed for the failure of the task. The CEO is absent, yet quick to point fingers when things go wrong. The company recklessly spends money, then fires employees when funds are low. They expect their employees to achieve impossible goals, and the company attracts the most hateful, bigoted clients. They have no qualms about throwing employees under the bus, and they deceive the board frequently. The board has no idea what's going on because the company is so secretive. It's disgusting. The company treats its employees like garbage, lies about everything, uses them until they're no longer needed, then blames them for their own misfortune. You should not trust them.

Pros

The values they promote seem to be all you would want in a company: We Value Our People First We Stay Humble We Improve Daily No BS We Live Joyfully

The leadership team, predominantly comprised of privileged frat buddies, displayed a level of immaturity that was astonishing. Seasoned employees with years of experience were often sidelined and overlooked in favor of younger, less experienced hires. Business decisions were often made impulsively, without considering the long-term consequences for employees or the company's overall success. This lack of maturity trickled down through the ranks leading to a chaotic and unstable work environment. Feedback was consistently brushed aside or met with hostility, leaving employees feeling unheard and undervalued. While SupportNinja may offer attractive perks on the surface, they pale in comparison to the toxicity that festers within.

The pay is somewhat decent.

They do not uphold their company values. I know, what a shocker! In my time I have experienced a lot of poor upper management practices. I have had many leaders who will say one thing, and do the other. They do not care about their employees. I have watched time and time again employees get treated unjust. SupportNinja is a very grimy company. A large number of positive reviews are from the CEO and COO pleading to their employees to leave good reviews. This company is laughable. They intentionally treat their good employees like dirt, because they only care about those high up in the company with personal connections. This company is one that I would advise staying away from.
