Pros

I joined SP back in 2022 and after almost 1 year, sadly I was let go. To my surprise the CEO welcomed me back after 8 months and I was able to rejoin my team to continue to fight for caregiving benefits for all employees. Amazing culture! Insane story but I'd do it all again!

Cons

Small team = small budget

Pros

SupportPay is one of the rare companies that is solving a huge problem that no one else is focused on. They are helping single/ divorced parents and caregivers and offering their solution to consumers as well as employers who are offering it as an employee benefit. The CEO is incredibly empathetic, understanding and willing to spend as much time with her employees as they need. The entire team is helpful and actually more than willing to jump in and help everyone else succeed. In addition, the team is the most diverse I have every seen.

Cons

It's a seed-stage startup, so there isn't as much money for a company with more funding.
