Pros
They were trying to do something really good and help the charity industry, the customers are great and really appreciate all the help you provide them.
Cons
The CEO's ego ruined the company, he has lost all of the investors money and not told them, the business is being run into the ground. Over 90% of the staff were made redundant 2 weeks before Christmas, which we did see coming as the employees were rarely paid on time. They also did some strategic employee terminations right before making everyone redundant to avoid having to pay redundancies, inclusive of terminating the most critical person in the business - which all other team members saw as the CEO making a decision with his ego rather than in the interest of the business or their customers.

SupporterHub has created an environment where you can make a contribution to making the world a better place by supporting charities and non profits. The affordable software as a service allows charity operators to consolidate their fundraising tools, which allows them to spend more time helping others. Aside from the amazing customers, the culture is very nurturing as SupporterHub is invested in developing your career, offering performance based flexibility, for me this allows me to fulfil my family commitments. They encourage your strengths and offer opportunities to develop new skills. SupporterHub sees you as a whole person, not just an employee and career progression is actively encouraged, as is an authentic team mentality.
Cons
As with any new face in the tech, competing with larger CRM providers in a similar space who are more established can be difficult but this is easing as SupporterHub is becoming the go-to CRM and fundraising solution for charities and non profits.
