      Pros

      Hybrid working, become more flexible with working hours.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, things getting moved about constantly with no notice so hard to keep a track of things. Salaries are awful and don’t reflect the work, get promised a pay rise to then find out it doesn’t even match inflation and you can’t receive it as haven’t worked a full year at the company! Absolute joke.

      Growth, people aligned around education and the difference we are making, investment in infrastructure and people is good

      Cons

      Like any growing business, processes could improve, systems need upgrading- but seems everyone committed to the plan to change and evolve
