Pros

Many exposures to components and LED lighting industry. That is all.

Cons

- long working hours with boss who is only concerned with money and not the welfare of his employees - you have to OT almost everyday (usually you can only leave the premise after 7pm) with no compensation - micromanagement is the way here - little or no organisation in procedural processes - No HR. HR in-charge are both in top management, which confuses employees a lot.

Nothing. Would actually give 0 star if it is actually possible.

I don't understand how there are many people rating 5 stars. Probably it is the CEO's son doing. As other 1-star reviews have stated, this SME is the worst. They hired many foreigners under EP scheme. During my time, the CEO's wife always asked on monthly basis to return the said amount from the declared salary to her. For example, on paper you earn $4000. But in reality you only earn $2000. The balance of $2000 has to be returned to her.
