I had a solid team lead. Mike West.
Cons
- Had ZERO free time - Couldn't have any outside responsibilities - Got pissed off when my mother died and had to take time off - horrible co-workers - Shady business model - Was told in the beginning to "be more competitive" then once i started to do just that i was told "you need to relax people are quitting because of you" - They do not care about your personal stuff, will not give you time off even if your mother dies. - Make empty promises - Pay is bad - Will be branded as a "bad employee" if you don't stay over time without getting paid - Will walk all day knocking door to door rain or shine - No days off - No respect is given - Everyone talks bad about everyone

Great place to change bad habits to good ones. This place is where the phd go to only. (Poor, Hungry, and determined). If you want change, this place can change you forsure, as long as your willing to want to change.
