Pros

- Free holiday meals - This is actually pretty nice. The meals are from good places and there is a variety. - Free monthly meals - These meals are terrible - free pizza and it's never from a great place and is always cold. - Holiday party at Pin Stack - A bowling alley? Really? No plus one's allowed. - Covered parking

Cons

- No bonus program - There is however a small bonus program that they have brainwashed everyone into thinking it's a good bonus...$100 for each year you have been with Supreme... - No matching 401K - Really in this day and age??? - Terrible benefits - Someone in the HR department really needs to look at other plans as the health and dental, etc are just a joke.

Pros

Fun place to work with the events that they do have. There are always things going on for almost every holiday (parties, food catered in).

Cons

fun does NOT pay the bills! there are NO merit increases. people have been here 2-3+ years and still have not had a raise.

IT Department - The Ugly Duckling - Year and a Half Experience

Pros

• There is a free gym in the office. • Always food to eat somewhere. Including a great cafes across the street. • Does the mortgage side very well.

Cons

• IT department has very little say within the business, though the business depends on IT and its systems heavily. • Highly reactive and rarely proactive. You will get a phone call or email and they will expect results ASAP. Everything is priority #1. • If you try to change something for the better it will get frowned upon by peers and management. • IT management is constantly changing. Had 2 CIO's, 3 Directors, 3 direct manager changes within 1 year. This is very stressful for employees as process and vision changes every few months. • Can't move the business technology forward due to senior leadership micro management. Seems like they are wanting “yes” people not innovators. • Systems in place weren't built to scale and are starting to fail due to no life cycle refresh approval. No officially feedback from senior management even though IT put a plan together for a 2 year stabilization plan. • Very small room for growth as there are no performance reviews within IT. Your only hope is you get cool with one of the managers at the time and they “hook you up.” Rumor has it other departments do have performance reviews. • The helpdesk is lacking good leadership this causes many help desk tech not being adequately trained and being held to a standard that can’t be achieved. Seems many techs are being setup to fail from the start. ====== Benefits ====== • No 401k Match • Expensive “OK” Benefits • No merit increase unless you try and leave and they “need you”. • Compensation does not match market value. • 100$ cash for every year you are at Supreme. This cash is considered your bonus. Many people find this insulting due to all the late nights and holidays you will work throughout the year without a thank you. You can only receive this if you go to the Christmas party.
