      I’ve been an employee of supreme for over five years and seen them grow rapidly while growing sustainably. Supreme works with many of the best clients in the world in their industry and also incredibly bright internal team members.

      Pros

      - super flexible schedule - amazing people, everybody is helpful, kind and a team player - management style is more hands off so lots of autonomy - clients are very interesting the biotech space is fascinating - annual company retreats are very fun

      Cons

      - client work can be challenging - company is growing so much that there are always growing pains and lots of new faces
