Lots of opportunity for training and growing. Work a hybrid schedule for in office or at home.

Cons

Pay is lower than what it should be for comparable positions. mandatory overtime is more common than not. Was recently acquired and things are changing, which in and of itself isn’t bad.. but it’s like shooting in the dark right now but only time will tell.
