      ONE OF THE WORST WORK ENVIRONMENTS EVER

      The only pros are the size of the project they take with government customers(ministries, commissions, authorities..etc.)

      Cons

      Management is a gang, poisonous, extremely poisonous environment where gossip is everywhere. Management doesn't know how to boost employees' productivity and support them. generally(except management) everyone here is extremely underpaid in comparison to the amount of work they do and the size of the company's projects and profit(which goes mainly to management only as well) Don't seek to work here unless this is the only available offer to you, otherwise stay away for your physical and mental health, Believe me!

      - Stability and many different projects - Some people are good

      Let's talk about Sure Egypt - Management is totally unfair. - There is no scale for anything in the place, for example, you notice that there is a young manager who does not fit in his place. - There is no decision for managers in Egypt, they only carry out orders - There are no competencies in the company due to the resignation of most of them. - The company's orientation is to save, not to hire talent - Despite the profits, this company's salaries are poor compared to its competitors. - There is no annual profit as shown in job offer. - There is no HR department so you have to imagine a company without HR team.

      Good location People are ok Office is not bad

      Cons

      Salary is in US dollar, which is not stable. Nothing to learn at all, not professionally, not personally, no new technology or even new trends on existing ones. If you spend a year and try to go out, you'll find yourself behind new technologies and trends in the tech world. You do the same thing every day, same technology, same tasks and same dullness.
