      Teammates were pleasant to work with

      Leadership is only concerned with building up their weak product, likely to have another company buy them out and the executives get an exit. Until then, there are constant layoffs and restructuring where teams are just the bare minimum to function. Avoid

      Remote work and provided lunches when in office.

      The company values growth over the health of its patients. Majority of the employees who built the company to what it is now were laidoff for cheaper employees.

      The culture is fun and you are enticed by the culture of the company to keep going which also can be a con

      High turnover rate. The company wants to keep your book of business. The closer you were to hitting commission the more incentive the company had to get rid of you.
