SureCo's leaders are impacting the healthcare system, and it's a beautiful thing to be a part of. On top of that... the health benefits are unbelievable!

If you're looking for a company with great culture -- look no further. The positive culture and enthusiastic team environment were at the top of a very long list of why I chose to work at SureCo - not to mention the flexibility, training, leadership and growth potential. In my long accounting career, I've never seen a company whose owners go above and beyond for their employees. Those in executive leadership are not only smart and innovative, they are humble, personable and involved. Meetings are engaging and friendly, and it's incredibly rewarding knowing that our company objectives are focused directly on making America healthier (while making insurance easier and more transparent to consumers). The interview process was fairly lengthy with several interviews, which I appreciated -- they want to ensure candidates are a great fit and they are very honest with what they're looking for. With each person I met with, I knew this company was exactly where I wanted to continue building my career. Benefits are also excellent and above most, in my experience. So much excitement and enthusiasm for where the company is heading!
