Pros

It is a fully remote environment.

Cons

Leadership wants to generate as much cash as possible for the investors. Very little interest in growing the products. No interest in taking care of their employees, building morale, or supporting career growth. They have done nothing but reduce the size of the company over the past 4 years since the new leadership team took over. They asked me to fire seasoned software engineers in order to rehire new engineers at half the cost. I pushed back and got fired ultimately.

Pros

None. Don't waste time there.

Cons

High turnover, constant reshuffling, and zero stability define this place. Products are completely disconnected, with no shared vision or strategy, which makes the work feel pointless and endlessly reactive. There is no real structure for performance reviews, career growth, or expectations, so feedback is inconsistent and often political rather than merit-based. Leadership promotes values like diversity and long-term thinking, yet the board and decision makers remain a homogeneous group that does not reflect those claims. Priorities change constantly, people leave before anything has time to succeed, and employees are left burned out, disengaged, and unsure why they should invest in a company that clearly does not invest in them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that our internal culture felt political rather than merit-based and that our product strategy lacked a clear, shared vision. Stability and a clear sense of purpose are foundations of a positive employee experience, and we regret that this was not your experience. We hear your concerns regarding a disconnect between leadership and our decision-makers and recognize that alignment across all levels of the company is important for a healthy culture. If you are open to it, we would value a more in-depth conversation to learn more about the specific issues you faced so we can prevent them for current and future team members. Thank you for your service to SureSwift. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate hearing that you enjoyed your time working on one of our smaller portfolio teams and valued the support of the larger organization. That balance is something we strive to achieve. We also truly appreciate you raising the point about policy implementation. We actively seek ways to enhance communication and gather input from our portfolio teams, so your feedback is both important and helpful. If you're open to a conversation, we encourage you to please reach out to a member of the HR Team. We would appreciate the opportunity to connect and discuss your feedback further.
