      There are no reasons to take a position with SureWerx, unless you have no other options.

      Cons

      Poor management-the company exists only to sell itself to another investment group-has no respect for employees-there is no future for one's career

      Competitive pay Growing company Always something new

      Cons

      Unhealthy work life balance for some departments. Poor training programs. Lack of support and encouragement from management. Administrative reporting and expectations, taking away from customer to customer experience. Stressful job for many people, with not enough positive reinforcement to make it worth it long term. You will become burnt out

      Many projects for those with an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Cons

      Old mentality mindset management mindset, not flexible with remote work options unless you have a position as an upper management. No yearly reviews to allow for a persons' career growth or opportunity for promotion. Will not promote within the company.
