Sureti Imf private limited company is a very worst company I have ever seen. Please don't ever attend any interview or profile session in this company. first they say about the company and about the job role, which not at all true. They hire the role of Associate manager always and they simply ask some questions and give you offer letter. Then you are given a so called task of selling insurance policies for 1.5 lakhs which is not at all a task. It is purely a Target. And they say that after on role, there will be no targets and no selling of insurance policies, which is also a lie. They conduct classes during training which is utter waste and you asked to write a basic insurance exam, which is completely useless. Also you are asked to pay 600 for that exam, which is not at all fair. If you complete all this non-sense and go On role job, you will know the truth. You will recruit same associate manager role and you have make new joinees to sell insurance policies, which is an indirect target of selling insurance policies. If you don't sell 2 lakhs premium per month, you wont get the salary at all. Then what is the purpose of working a month hardly? Don't believe any positive reviews about this company, that is all lies by the employees. So this is fraud company targeting innocent and unemployed people all around india not only in tamil nadu. So please Be aware of this company and get any other good job.
