      Pros

      Working in the town where summer is nine months out of twelve.

      Cons

      Company does not care about their employees. They change hands constantly. Pay is terrible especially with housing non exsisting in the town.

      I have been working for Surf or Sound Realty for 3 years and have seen remarkable growth. There is a commitment to providing the highest level of service possible to our homeowners and guests in all aspects of the company. Great leadership and a rewarding company culture with plenty of opportunities to grow. I found the support and teamwork to be gratifying. I highly recommend working for Surf or Sound Realty.
