Pros
Lots of interesting projects with big pocket clients, partners are great at steering clients toward strong design. Great place to challenge yourself and push yourself, big D design work for sure. Team is young and talented, and super fun to hang with after work Pays well / benefits are good
Cons
If you’re a clock in, clock out person or want more work-life balance, this isn’t the place. Leadership can be temperamental / explosive at times Mentorship culture / organizational structure could be bolstered.
